Sarah was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about all things Peaks! She made the entire process from our tour to our actual move-in very smooth! In addition, Peaks It is a very welcoming community!

Peaks at Woodmen looks like an amazing place to live. I was greeted by Mandi upon walking into the office; she was extremely helpful. Mandi took the time to answer all of my questions and provide all the information I needed to make this very important decision. Thank you Mandi. I look forward to the leasing process and enjoying the amenities Peaks at Woodmen has to offer.

We moved in this weekend and are in love with the complex! Our 3rd story balcony has a gorgeous view of the mountains. Mandi and the whole staff are so welcoming. We feel at home already.

This place and all of the crew that works here are amazing! The vibe is perfect along with the scenery. It is beautiful and is easy to walk around. They have get togethers and It feels like a community, one that cares!! Thanks team! Chanel, Sarah, Mandi, Steve and Josh!

Super pleased with The Peaks. No place is perfect, even if it is just recently built. I had a couple issues with my toilet and shower, and the workers came the following day after I put the work order and and replaced the item. Super easy. Plus the staff is amazingly friendly. They usually help me with and resolve any issues I have.
