The staff ( Mandi, Chanel & Sarah)at the leasing office are very friendly and always go out of there way to help.Mandi made me feel welcome when viewing the apts and it was her friendliness that sold me on leasing the apt.She made my move a much easier transition. She is very knowledgeable of her job and I couldnt ask for a more professional helpful staff! Im glad I choose here to call home.😊

Mandi has been so helpful throughout our move-in process, from our initial apartment tour to now helping us get settled in! The apartments are beautiful and the view is stunning! I wake up every morning thinking I am on vacation! The units are clean, maintenance is prompt, and the location is central to so many things to do!

Can't speak for the cost of living, but the staff here are genuinely some of the nicest apt management folks I've had the pleasure of interacting with. So many other places the folks treat you like a tool or a means to their own end, but these people were just genuinely nice!

Mandi and Chanel helped me secure an apartment while driving into town. I was able to see the actual unit I was getting once here.the unit it amazing with attached garage perfect for my additional car that I am bringing. Would recommend Peaks at Woodmen!!!
