The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Chanel. The apartments are very nice and the fitness center is well equipped.

Chanel Ball showed me around today and I was really impressed with the facility. Great atmosphere and plenty of amenities. I would highly recommend!

Moving from out of state to Colorado Springs and loved touring The Peaks. Crystal did an amazing job showing my dad and I around and offering so much information not only about the apartment but for things to do around the area. Would highly recommend!

I moved to Colorado Springs from Chicago two years ago and my first year apartment experience was a nightmare. After that I moved to Peaks at Woodmen for my second year and could not have more good things to say about it. The staff in the office are extremely helpful and easy to contact. They are always kind and readily available. The maintenance team is amazing as well. They come quickly for anything that needs to be fixed, do a thorough job, and are very nice and respectful. The overall quality of each unit is great too and I felt very comfortable in my home for a year :) The amenities are all up to date and nice as well and it’s great to see the Peaks at Woodmen community all enjoy using them. We were sad when we had to move out but were moving to Denver otherwise we would have spent multiple years in these apartments! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking in the Springs! Thank you to the amazing team over at Peaks at Woodmen for a great year there!
