I love living at Peaks at Woodmen for over 3 years. The new Assistant manager Sarah Granger is an asset to the office. She is calm, professional and courteous. She will tell you if she doesn't know and get you the information. Thank you Peaks at Woodmen for picking Sarah.

I love living at Peaks at Woodmen for over 5 years. Steve the maintenance supervisor took care of our problem as soon as he was advised of the issue when he got back from vacation. He had the issue done in 15 minutes and we were grateful. He explained what he had to do and why Josh was not sure how to fix it. It is now done and it is done correctly and professionally. Steve is the best on the property. He is professional, courteous and always gets the job done.

I love living at Peaks at Woodmen for over 4 years. The Assistant manager Sarah Granger is an asset to the office. She is calm, professional and courteous. She put in my request on a Friday for a new kitchen faucet and it was taken care of the next day. Steve the maintenance supervisor came and checked everything out and had it replaced within 20 minutes. Steve is always professional and thorough. Thank you Peaks at Woodmen for caring for your residents.

I highly recommend Peaks at woodmen! They have been so wonderful to work with, answered all of my questions, were super polite and helpful, and have been absolutely awesome specially Sara Granger.

We have been here at the Peaks at Woodmen since it was built in 2012, and have had outstanding service from the staff, but none better than Chanel and Sarah! Thank you for all you do!

We have had a good experience at this complex but it’s mostly because of the property manager Sarah! Sarah is the absolute best at listening to any sort of issues and getting them resolved quickly. We likely wouldn’t have stayed without such an attentive property manager!

Very great place to live. Limited to issues. Everything was professional. Sarah was great in finding me a place on short notice. Would recommend for sure. Specially Sarah. She’s awesome to work with, and really cool.
